Your skills as Pally for lvling are right on although you did leave out Holy Cross which is insanely good when using 2Handed spears (does 2x the damage of using a 1h Spear) and is really good vs Shadow & Undead guys. Those are the ones i need to lvl my pally but once i get to RG i dont know if ill have enough skill points to get the prerequisites for my tanking build.
So for starting up as RG im a little bit confused atm,ok so to lvl up as pally i still go the agi route and i would pick up these skills from the crusader tree: Thanks for taking the time to help me out. Remember you get quite a lot of stat points and in renewal it's possible to have a 100 Str/Agi/Dex/Vit build BASE and still have some left of a bit of Int.Ħ39 points needed to take a stat from 1-100 The fact is when there is not a good mob around you will probably still ctrl+click ounce in a while. This being the case having 90 or so Base Agility is still a good idea so that you can get to job lvl 10ish as a RG. Reflect Damage can be learned with your first 5 points if you want but this is useless unless you have linker spouse and Moonlight Dagger. Takes 14 RG skill points to max Overbrand. Each kill/cast takes 40sp so you can see how easily that sp is gone.ītw lots of ppl forget that fact that even ounce you first hit RG you still need to level quite a bit before you can start using Overbrand. The fact is that the only other viable method for lvling is Rapid Smiting, however you have to have LOTS of zenny for all the sp items you will be chugging constantly with this build. I used the Agi/Spear route myself as both Sader and Pally. Just go lvl Kobolds or Desert Wolfs normally with the 2x exp event going on and you will hit 99 pretty quick.Īs for Paladin build for leveling. P.S:This weeks turnin screwed me up,lvl 98 and no turnins until maintenance I mean i was thinking of going with a tank build once i become RG,so since there is no reset of skills/stats i would have to get some reset stones to change from agi to shield build right? Ok and what happens after i get to 99/50 and change to RG? So for my leveling as a paladin i can go the agi spear route right?
